Pavlo built the Lords Mobile Widget app as an ad-supported app. This Service is provided by Pavlo at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service, and the choices you have associated with that information.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Personal Information is used only for providing and improving the Service and for the purposes described below. We do not sell personal information.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions (accessible within the app) unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

• User Identifier (First-Party): a unique identifier generated by the app or assigned by our backend to distinguish users within our Service.
• Firebase Identifiers: identifiers generated by Google Firebase, such as Firebase Installation ID/Instance ID, and the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Usage & Diagnostics Data: event counts, basic interaction metrics, app configuration and version, timestamps, and other aggregated statistics that help us understand how the Service is used.
• Log Data: in case of errors or crashes, we may collect technical information (e.g., device model, OS version, IP address, device language, crash stack traces, the configuration of the app at the time of the event, and timestamps).
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: the app itself does not set cookies in a browser; however, third-party libraries and services (e.g., Firebase) may use technologies that function similarly to cookies for analytics and service reliability.

How We Use Information

• Core functionality: to operate and maintain the Service, including associating your device with our systems via a user identifier.
• Notifications: to generate and deliver push notifications using your FCM token (for example, service updates or app functionality related notifications).
• Analytics & Improvements: to monitor usage, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve performance and features.
• Support & Communication: to respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Compliance & Safety: to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

• Service Providers: trusted vendors (e.g., Google Firebase) who process data on our behalf to provide infrastructure, analytics, notifications, and diagnostics.
• Legal & Compliance: where required to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users and the public.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers are obligated to use information only to perform services for us and to protect it.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy (e.g., maintaining your notification token and user identifier while you actively use the Service) and as required by law. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for longer for analytics and reporting.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices & Rights

• Notifications: you can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings for the app.
• Analytics: where supported by the app or your platform, you may limit analytics collection in system settings. You can also contact us to request that we limit analytics associated with your user identifier.
• Access/Deletion: you may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you (including user identifier and notification token) by contacting us at pavel@xoid.name. We may ask you to verify your request.
• EEA/UK rights: subject to local law, you may have additional rights such as data portability and the right to object or restrict processing.

International Transfers

We may process and store information on servers located in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
